Don’t fear regret

It is normal and healthy to have regrets. I have lived in mortal fear of regrets most of my life. And guess what? I regret it. There’s no getting around them– just listen to your feelings and learn from them.

“I’m not okay, and that’s okay” is a popular saying for dealing with grief. We need something similar for regrets. Maybe “I didn’t maximize and that’s okay.”
